If your ID Card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately to the CAS Business Office to put a freeze on the account. You may do this by visiting Blake A Room 108 or by calling 245-5648, Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. You may also report your card lost by speaking to a cashier at any dining hall. Please do not report your card lost via email as this will not put a freeze on your account until the following business day and you will be liable for any charges on your card during that time. If the card is lost, stolen, or damaged in any way that inhibits its proper use, you will be charged a replacement fee to obtain a new one. Cards can be replaced in the CAS Business Office, Blake A Room 108. Please bring picture identification with you in order to obtain a new card. |
