Red Jacket Dining Center is located on the south side of campus, catering to the first year student population.  The newly refurbished all-you-care-to-eat value center incorporates food stations and a traditional hot line.

The wide variety of menu options include our vegan/vegetarian bar aptly named "Beans & Greens", salad bar, Sizzlin' action station, freshly made pizzas, pasta bar, grill area, and traditional hot entrees.

Red Jacket Dining Center features Special Event "theme" dinners (check our events calendar) that have become very popular with the southside community.

	Sizzlin': Our action station brings you wonderful gourmet salads, fajitas, stir-fry, and sushi, all made in front of you.
	Traditional Favorites: Home-style cooking at its best.  Hot entrees include Chicken Florentine, Carved Turkey, London Broil, and Orange Dill Salmon served with freshly prepared vegetables and many delicious sides.
	Beans n’ Greens: Our vegan entrée station which offers Black Bean Chili over Sweet Potatoes, Tofu Raviolis, Riblet’s, Chix Nuggets and many other vegan favorites.
	The Grill at RJ: Our grill offers popular favorites--Cheeseburgers, Grilled Chicken Breasts, and Quesadillas--always fresh and hot.
	The Greenery: Make your own salad bar, which offers three varieties of greens, many fresh vegetables, loads of dressings, beans, tofu, and many crunchy toppings for a wonderful salad.
	Pasta Bar: Enjoy a variety of pastas and sauces, as well as scrumptious baked pasta casseroles.
