Suggestion boxes (which are present in every unit), personal contact with customers, bi-weekly CAS Student Advisory Board meetings, newsletters and frequent surveys are our most effective means of communication. Please do not use this form to report your I.D. card lost or stolen as a freeze will not be placed on your account until the following business day and you will be liable for any charges incurred during that time. You may report your card lost or stolen by contacting the CAS Business Office in Blake A Room 108 or by calling 245-5648, Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. You may also report your card lost or stolen to a cashier at any dining hall to have a freeze put on your account.
